Work 4 Peace,Hold All Life Sacred,Eliminate Violence! I am on my mobile version of the door-to-door, going town-to-town holding readings/gatherings/discussions of my book "But What Can I Do?" This is my often neglected blog mostly about my travels since 9/11 as I engage in dialogue and actions. It is steaming with my opinions, insights, analyses toward that end of holding all life sacred, dismantling the empire and eliminating violence while creating the society we want ALL to thrive in

what will herstory say?

In 10 years, or 100 years, as history looks back upon American women, are they going to say “in 2006 U.S. women had the opportunity to end war but they were too busy working or moving or taking care of their children to stop their lives for a month to end war?”

Or will herstory say, "we u.s. american women did the Lysistrata thing and in 2006 100’s of 1000s of women descended on Congress and stayed there until legislation was adopted to end the war in Iraq.

it's up to us, women - www.womensayenough.org

I want Herstory to say that women stood together in the Mother's Revolution and refused to let one more mother's child die in a war. We need a fundamental shift in consciousness that says humans are not naturally violent; that there's not a word or an ideology that's worth one life lost; that women are the majority and the world will change when we demand that change.
