Work 4 Peace,Hold All Life Sacred,Eliminate Violence! I am on my mobile version of the door-to-door, going town-to-town holding readings/gatherings/discussions of my book "But What Can I Do?" This is my often neglected blog mostly about my travels since 9/11 as I engage in dialogue and actions. It is steaming with my opinions, insights, analyses toward that end of holding all life sacred, dismantling the empire and eliminating violence while creating the society we want ALL to thrive in

Learning Sign

Eli teaches us the alphabet so I can communicate with her while I’m driving. We have learned the alphabet and several words such as fire, rain, lightening, womon, big truck, bathroom!

Tahoe rages in flames as Iraq rages in destruction. Lightening flirts with the dark clouds that loom in the vast skies in front of us but never reach us, nor does the heavy promise of rain. Eventually the roads we travel appear to be wet but the skies around us remain dry although the temperature has dropped.

The truck has not overheated since we left the really hot desert – I am very relieved! We will lose two hours before we reach Atlanta by Tuesday morning, so off we go!
