House for wimmin activists in D.C.

Joan put in an application for our house today - so everyone cross fingers & put out that fab CodePINK energy.

It is the exact same distance from the house to the Hart Building as our Mass Ave house was, according to mapquest.

It has 5 bedrooms, a finished basement with a full bath down there & laundry.

And we're going for a YEAR'S lease - so put that on your calendars.

You are so needed THIS MONTH, MARCH! the appropriations committee is supposed to be voting on the supplemental march 7th; the entire congress march 14th.

March 8th is International Women's Day; March 17th-19th national actions.

Occupation project is heating up all around the country - I was on the call tonite with folks doing actions from Alaska to Alabama to Boston to San Diego!!!! And they ALL need sister actions to take place in D.C. at congress people's office.

Which means we need YOU! This is it folks - congress is on the brink of either deciding to buy this war & continuing funding war...... or to end the war and bring all our troops and contractors home within 6 months - HR508.

Our hot pink presence is needed in hearings, in offices, in the halls and streets of D.C. come help make herstory & end war! Peace, Zanne Sam
