The Big Apple

It is so very sad - most of the awesome CodePINK wimmin have left or are leaving today. The whole California contigent will be gone by the time Rae & I reach New York - we are on our way north this frigid morning for a day and a half of respite and to meet with the New York CodePINKers.

But we have reinforcements coming - two more awesome California CPers are heading this way on Sunday and Ann Wright is coming back on Monday. We'll have a crew again to attend hearings, lobby Congressfolks, and to keep our presence in the media & in the forefront of our nation's hearts & minds.

Help - come to D.C., participate in "Peace-In's" in your Congressperson's offices, write letters to the editor; make those phone calls, donate money to help us keep going.

Remember, whatever reason YOU have for not getting involved, every other person probably has those very same reasons. Compare your lifestyle with that of any Iraq womon and GET INVOLVED!
