my new neighbor – devastating our forests and trees
5. We’ve got Monsanto&
comparable malevolent giants poisoning and trying to control our food
6. We have gross inequity,
injustice and genocide still operating in full force against peoples of color,
against womyn, against poor people to the benefit of whites, men, the wealthy
7. We’ve got mega agri-biz and
pharmaceutical companies making us sick so they can sell us mega drugs
8. We’ve got 1000 military bases(that
we know of) around the world
9. We’ve got a military that is the #1 consumer of oil on the
planet, our country the #2 consumer
10. We’ve got one thousand five
hundred plastic water bottles purchased per SECOND in the u.s.ofa.
11. We’ve got a bigger military
budget than every other country on earth combined
12. We’re bombing TODAY how many
countries, hurting how many people in the world
13. We have 25% of the world’s
prison population, close to 2/3’s of whom are people of color
14. We have weapons and prisons being
our biggest ‘legal’ exports
15. We have the enslavement, rape,
torture of girls and womyn, and some boys being our largest ‘illegal’ money
maker, coming a close second only to drugs
16. We have 3-5 womyn per day
murdered by some man who claims to have loved her…
17. We have over 85 people getting
shot to death every day, excluding those dying from police bullets
18. We have increasing and new ‘mental
health’ diagnoses and diseases especially for our children
19. We have private corporations controlling
every institution from education to health to “justice”
20. We have nineteen thousand, six
hundred and thirty three new plastic bags used per SECOND
21. We have private corporations
building & needing to fill mega-prisons with people
22. We have national and global violence
against womyn and girls increasing exponentially
23. We have over 70% of women here
& around the world hurt by male physical violence in their lifetime
24. We have the U.S. military
callously exploding armaments in over 500,000 – that’s half a million – square
miles of ocean 24 hours a day, seven days a week
25. We have “fishermen” tracking
fish with drone technology and pushing fish populations to extinction, or its
edge
26. We have a human being dying of
starvation every 2.3 seconds in our world
27. We have developers paving over
every inch of land in our cities, spreading suburbs, destroying the desert,
rain forests, mountains
28. We have 1 BILLION tons of
pesticides dumped on the Mother Earth in our country alone
29. We have 149 acres of rainforest
destroyed per MINUTE by agri-business or oil & mining corporations
30. We have over half the golf
courses in the world, some guzzling 1 million gallons of water a DAY – which is
what the average u.s.ofa. family of four uses in four years
31. We have access to most of the
world’s clean water so the average individual u.s.ofa. person can use 176
gallons per day while the average whole family in Africa gets to use 5 gallons
per day
32. We have 1% of our population
hoarding as much wealth as almost half of the world’s people

water….as we automatically turn up the thermostat & throw one sweet potato
into the oven, without thought.

fresh air to breath…. as we drive blocks or country miles mindlessly.
3.
We’ve
got Fukushima spewing radiation destroying our oceans = hundreds
of thousands of years contamination….as we keep on demanding and burning more
and more energy.
4.
We’ve
got oil companies, the meat industry & everybody else along with the Albany
City Council &my new neighbor devastating our forests and trees
= no oxygen to breathe and destruction of whole communities that live among and
depend upon trees for survival… as we robotically grab household products off
the shelves, 40-50% of them using palm oil...as we continue enjoying mega
shopping centers, online superstores, and access cheap meat daily.
5.
We’ve
got Monsanto poisoning and trying to control our food =
inability to eat healthy or to feed ourselves….as we make them rich devouring
their non-organic – but dollar cheap – food.
6.
We
have gross inequity, injustice and genocide still operating in full force
against peoples of color, against womyn, and against poor people = racism, sexism,
classism controls everything in our country, communities, individuals…as white
people enact upon their privilege as they seize more and more ‘things’ and
black people are left with less and less; as men…& womyn…; as wealthy…
& poor people...

We’ve
got mega agri-biz and pharmaceutical companies making us sick so they can sell
us mega drugs = poor health,
painful death & drug companies controlling our health & our illnesses ...as
we gulp down pills and feed our children genetically modified nutrition-less
poison.
8. We’ve got 1000 military bases(that
we know of around the world =
hegemony … as we accept for the price of plentiful cheap oil and asphalt the
daily genocide and murder of people of resource-rich countries, or the funding
of right wing extremists to create havoc and coups in these countries.
9. We’ve got a military that is the #1 consumer of oil on the
planet, our country the #2 consumer
= the root and largest cause of climate change on the planet …
as we send our youth off to become the occupying forces of the countries we’ve
conquered, ensuring our access to cheap oil & resources
10. We’ve got one thousand five
hundred plastic water bottles purchased per SECOND in the u.s.ofa. = an island of plastic water
bottles bigger than the size of Texas floating around in the ocean…as we
continue to buy water in bottles that we need to kill people in order to make,
steal their clean water to fill, and toss into the ocean or landfills to feed
birds and fish to their deaths

We’ve
got a bigger military budget than every other country in the world combined
= empire of the most violent bullies on the planet….as we continue to work to
pay 50% of our income and discretionary taxes for wars, believing in our right
of world domination and accepting murder, genocide, enslavement for the price
of our entitlement to the “amerikkkan nitemare”
12. We’re bombing TODAY how many
countries, hurting how many people in the world = terrorism ….as
we allow the military unfettered access
to our youth so they can provide job training in killing, maiming, raping, and
torturing other human beings.

have 25% of the world’s prison population as we imprison 1 in 3 black adult
males while 58% of all youth incarcerated are African-American =
criminal injustice, institutionalized racism….as we launch no national or local
campaign to eliminate racism, abolish prisons, and institutionalize equity and
reparations.

have our biggest ’legal’ exports of weapons, how-to-kill-your-own-people
training, and prisons = that’s what we’re selling the world….as
we ensure the world is in turmoil and rendered vulnerable to our corporations
so we can buy cheap plentiful goods and make huge profits to maintain our life
styles under the empire.

have the enslavement, rape, torture of girls and womyn, and some boys being our
largest ‘illegal’ money maker, coming a close second to drugs =
world-wide exploitation of womyn and children…. as
we foster and condone male violence and fail miserably to protect the lives and
quality of life of womyn and children, bowing to the god-given needs and rights
of males.
16.

have 3-5 womyn per day murdered by some man who claims to have loved her
= violence against womyn… as we give men the bill of rights to bear
arms and the institutional rights to oppress womyn.

have over 85 people getting shot every day, excluding those dying from police
bullets = mostly by white men who are going crazy with the guns;
by black men who are killing each other and black womyn, and by police who are
killing an African American womon, child, or man every 28 hours…….as we flood
this country with a multitude of weapons while we allow armed uniformed men to
roam our streets with their billy clubs, handcuffs, legalized racism and
steel-toed black boots.

have increasing and new mental health diagnoses and diseases especially for our
children = sick, unhealthy drugged children …as we keep serving
poisoned food, hire strangers to parent infants & toddlers, ply them with
Hollywood & 5th Avenue violence, then plug them with drugs
19. We have private corporations
controlling every institution from education to health to “justice” = society directed by
profit needs of corporations, not human needs of the people…as we trade access
to stuff and status for corporate control
20. We have nineteen thousand, six
hundred and thirty three plastic bags used per SECOND = war for cheap oil to
make plastic…as we carelessly yank bag after bag off grocery rolls, stuff with
food half of which we’ll most likely throw out, and then toss the bag on/in2
the Mother Earth.

people = profiting off the incarceration of people…as we take
our money out of public education, make people “illegal”, and discriminately
enforce drug charges against black people and for white people resulting in
over ½ the prison population jailed on non-violent drug-related “offenses”

violence being the #1 killer of womyn, killing more females between the ages of

superiority and “needs” of men to have power over womyn & children under
