(Legal) Marriage

My chosen family sistars officially tied the knot today at a very, very, very lovely outdoor ceremony, witnessed by maybe 60 people, on an old Atlanta land trust - yes, there are 2 land trusts (that I know about) in the city of Atlanta!!!

They both spoke of their deep love and unwavering commitment to each other, as they'd written their own vows and spoke from their heart.

And their marriage is now legal, thanks to the recent Supreme Court decision!!!

I'm off to Michfest, with 2 other womyn, heading first to St. Louis to pick up a new friend, who is also going. We are filled with extreme sadness, as this is the last festival, but also extreme joy, as we are all able to go...road trip!!!
