Work 4 Peace,Hold All Life Sacred,Eliminate Violence! I am on my mobile version of the door-to-door, going town-to-town holding readings/gatherings/discussions of my book "But What Can I Do?" This is my often neglected blog mostly about my travels since 9/11 as I engage in dialogue and actions. It is steaming with my opinions, insights, analyses toward that end of holding all life sacred, dismantling the empire and eliminating violence while creating the society we want ALL to thrive in

Tentative Summer of Protest:Hold Our Ground for Peace Tour Schedule

I finally have a plan for the next couple of weeks or so. In case you haven’t caught the earlier emails, I’m on the Summer of Protest Tour doing Peace-In’s in the offices of those Democrats that voted this past May to fund the continued occupation of Iraq.

So my tentative plan follows. If you want me to stop by your town or city, for a Peace-In or just to meet, please feel free to call me or email, although remember I’m not that high tech normally and even more challenged on the road.

And PLEASE feel free to join me on the road too! The people seem more informed than every, ready to act!

Bayh also continues to cancel meetings with us, his constituents who are extremely concerned about Iraq and his support for war and occupation of Iraq. Sue Eleuterio, who was arrested May 4th reading the names of the U.S. dead outside his office during the "Desperately Seeking Evan Bayh" action, has pleaded not guilty and will go to trial August 30th, 9:00a.m. at the Federal Court in Hammond.

I was saddened to read this. I have gotten several letters from Senator Bayh in which our opinions greatly differ. I've often wondered what the bush regime holds over these peoples heads to make them do a 180 in who they are (or who they were). Senator Evan Bayh shame on you, all I can say is if you are going to start having peaceful activists arrested, I most defiantly WON'T BE VOTING FOR YOU THIS YEAR. COUNT ON IT
