Another 'new' study came out today showing that the men that pilot drones are likely to experience more 'stress' then ever.
I HATE this defining and using of "stress" or "post traumatic stress disorder" as the soldier's response to witnessing let alone committing violence against human beings.
It is NOT "stress", it is the minimal appropriate response from those soldiers who still have at least some of their humanity.
If their reaction is acceptably defined as "stress", then the solution is geared toward managing stress: the sauna, the therapy, the change of scenery.
If their reaction is defined as a result of a deep attack on humanity, then the attack has to be ended and eliminated.
