Work 4 Peace,Hold All Life Sacred,Eliminate Violence! I am on my mobile version of the door-to-door, going town-to-town holding readings/gatherings/discussions of my book "But What Can I Do?" This is my often neglected blog mostly about my travels since 9/11 as I engage in dialogue and actions. It is steaming with my opinions, insights, analyses toward that end of holding all life sacred, dismantling the empire and eliminating violence while creating the society we want ALL to thrive in

outta jesusland - yeah!!!!

I missed the codepink meeting last nite - tears - but folks in new mexico were overwhelmingly glad to see me - I gathered 11 yeahs to 2 fuck you's and 2 thumbs down. Arizona was the same. Oklahoma, on the other hand, was hostile - hostile after 'winning' the election. two young white men, traveling in a new huge pick-up truck, first raced by me with the fuck you's pouring out the windows. Later, they passed me again, this time the passenger held his arm high and straight out the window for several seconds and then, with what appeared to be much practice, gently drops a small white object, maybe a pebble or rock, out of his extended hand. I see the rock bounce into my lane, then my path, and strike my truck windshield, leaving a tiny little chip. hmmmmmm. They roared off and I didn't see them again.
