Work 4 Peace,Hold All Life Sacred,Eliminate Violence! I am on my mobile version of the door-to-door, going town-to-town holding readings/gatherings/discussions of my book "But What Can I Do?" This is my often neglected blog mostly about my travels since 9/11 as I engage in dialogue and actions. It is steaming with my opinions, insights, analyses toward that end of holding all life sacred, dismantling the empire and eliminating violence while creating the society we want ALL to thrive in

back to the main land

We catch the red-eye last nite from Kona and arrive early this morning in SFO after a brief stop in L.A.

My daughter is asleep before the wheels start backing up the airplane as we leave Hawaii. Jasi & I struggle to sleep, I think I slept 2 hours and he maybe one hour.

We will spend the day at home relaxing and readjusting to being away from Hawaii and Tess will catch the plane tonite back to Atlanta.

I will spend the week doing fun, grounding, no-stress things with Jasi. And, even though I always feed him really well, I also always feed him as if he were a healthy kid, not feed him to get him healthy.

I will focus on supplementing his normal great organic food with superfoods, juices, vitamins that will help build his immune system - AND make sure he is always in bed by 7pm and hopefully asleep by 8pm!

His mom seriously intends to return next week for the x-rays and MRI, if she can get off work, but definitely for Wednesday and the docs. We will question them then about alternatives to chemo, once it is confirmed that this disease has not spread.

Or in medical terms, is unifocal, if they consider the gums and jaw bones unifocal.
