Work 4 Peace,Hold All Life Sacred,Eliminate Violence! I am on my mobile version of the door-to-door, going town-to-town holding readings/gatherings/discussions of my book "But What Can I Do?" This is my often neglected blog mostly about my travels since 9/11 as I engage in dialogue and actions. Stories from the Station: Bewail the Dead, Iraq Moratorium to be continued

Moms and babies stay for Bewail the Dead. It is also Iraq Moratorium.

We have put out many pairs of shoes and Lindsey has labeled them with the names of Marines who have been killed in Iraq, and several names of Iraqis who have been killed too.

We have the pictures of the Real Faces of War and the House of Horrors that Phoebe started and Soul completed.

And two young people, Vee and Travis, an Iraq Vet Against War, have come with a huge sign that says "Don't Enlist: Stay& Kiss - that way EVERYBODY Makes Out!"

Toby has brought her nickleharpa and is playing beautiful, mournful music.
