Work 4 Peace,Hold All Life Sacred,Eliminate Violence! I am on my mobile version of the door-to-door, going town-to-town holding readings/gatherings/discussions of my book "But What Can I Do?" This is my often neglected blog mostly about my travels since 9/11 as I engage in dialogue and actions. It is steaming with my opinions, insights, analyses toward that end of holding all life sacred, dismantling the empire and eliminating violence while creating the society we want ALL to thrive in

Exercise blessing!

We try to walk every day or I should say I try to walk and try mostly unsuccessfully to convince my grandchild to tear himself away from his electronics or his racetrack or airplane or lego play and come walk with me.

We do bike a couple times a week from four to 8 miles round trip with usually a stop at the frozen custard fast food restaurant (pick up only of course) conveniently located on the Atlanta Belt Line, a stop guaranteed to inspire the company of a cooperative 11 year old!

Here's what my grandchild missed on my walk this early evening! The skies are even beautiful here without the wide open spaces!
