Work 4 Peace,Hold All Life Sacred,Eliminate Violence! I am on my mobile version of the door-to-door, going town-to-town holding readings/gatherings/discussions of my book "But What Can I Do?" This is my often neglected blog mostly about my travels since 9/11 as I engage in dialogue and actions. It is steaming with my opinions, insights, analyses toward that end of holding all life sacred, dismantling the empire and eliminating violence while creating the society we want ALL to thrive in

Glad Voter Pink Tea Party

Dearest Folks:

We invite you to our “Glad Voter Pink Tea Party” on Sunday, Dec. 17th from 4-7p.m. at the Redwood Gardens 2951 Derby St, Berkeley 94705!

Perhaps you remember our awesome “Mad Voter Pink Tea Party” we held after the ‘04 ‘elections’? We handed out Pink Badges of Courage to grassroots activists, ate, danced, cried - and re-energized, re-inspired ourselves!

This time we’ve decided to throw a “Glad Voter Pink Tea Party” so we can rejoice AND galvanize our energy to ensure, come January, our Mandate for Peace is indeed acted upon by our newly-elected Democrats!

Cindy Sheehan and Barbara Lee are our Guests of Honor! And Medea Benjamin will MC.

Carolyn Brandy and Ojalá, Suzanne Cimone, and several other wonderful women will perform!

We are handing out Pink Badges of Courage this year to those invaluable women who work ‘Behind the Pink Slip’! We will be showing a couple of short video/slideshows including a “CodePINK Year in Review”.

Please help us make this event successful! Come share fabulous food and entertainment, remarkable CodePINK energy, and lots of stimulating fun!

Call today 510-524-2776 and let us know how many tickets you’d like! Tickets are $10 student/senior, $15 for those who are able! No one turned away.

Peace,

Glad Voter Team
