Work 4 Peace,Hold All Life Sacred,Eliminate Violence! I am on my mobile version of the door-to-door, going town-to-town holding readings/gatherings/discussions of my book "But What Can I Do?" This is my often neglected blog mostly about my travels since 9/11 as I engage in dialogue and actions. It is steaming with my opinions, insights, analyses toward that end of holding all life sacred, dismantling the empire and eliminating violence while creating the society we want ALL to thrive in

Off to Rush...

I'd been avoiding taking my truck to this dealership - I save Rush Trucks for whenever I have no other choice, as they are VERY expensive (except for their off-market Isuzu parts!) but I found a Rush in Pharr, about 10 miles from Yalui Village.

I'm desperate, if I'm going to get my truck in running order, so I called them this morning, talked with a very nice (over the phone) young man who assured me they have both the skills and the room to work on my truck so I once again, activate my RV towing insurance and schedule a pickup and drop-off! And without me being there even!

I let them know she is my Radical Ride Baby that is both my work and my home, that I miss both terribly. Once they fix and I am able to pay for this fix, I'll return to Texas, check out the border situation and the Village situation as well for myself. If I HAVE to keep sheltering in place, Yalui Village is a very peaceful, beautiful respite place to be. As for food, there is a Sprouts about 12 miles away that has a fair collection of organic food - if the locusts haven't returned....
