Work 4 Peace,Hold All Life Sacred,Eliminate Violence! I am on my mobile version of the door-to-door, going town-to-town holding readings/gatherings/discussions of my book "But What Can I Do?" This is my often neglected blog mostly about my travels since 9/11 as I engage in dialogue and actions. It is steaming with my opinions, insights, analyses toward that end of holding all life sacred, dismantling the empire and eliminating violence while creating the society we want ALL to thrive in

Arkansas

It must be in the 90's today. I drove most of the nite, stopping for a couple uneventful hours at the eastern rest stop in Oklahoma, getting back on the road with the dawn, which is coming earlier and earlier.

It is now to hot to continue driving, so I'm stopping to make coffee, eat, read and rest. I'm barely east of Little Rock, which means I have another good 10 hours of driving ahead of me.

A couple of informed people at this rest stop have approached me to talk about monsanto! Several uniformed others have wanted to know what monsanto is, some demanding a translation of the 'unamerican' Spanish I have painted on my truck. I've handed out several handfuls of organic seed - to the informed and previously uninformed - I'm thrilled to say!

I'm too tired and too ready to be in Atlanta and then Florida to engage with a lot of folks... oh well
