The great amerikkkan drug excuse...

Why do we accept "drugs" to be the excuse for allowing fuckin police violence?

IF we were REALLY concerned about drugs, the police would be invading pharmaceuticals. Drug companies are the RICHEST corporations in the entire world.

It's a schizophrenic paradigm where we divide drugs and those who are allowed to profit or not from the selling of drugs into "legal" and "illegal". 

Then we give free reign to police to do whatever, even murder and ‘no-knock’ raids that often culminate in murder, against those who fall into the “illegal” category while at the same time enabling wealthy white men and their corporations who fall into that "legal" category, to become very very very rich.

Secondly a person addicted to drugs needs help not violence. A person selling drugs needs a better job that provides a good salary along with increased self-esteem and the opportunity to excel.

And all profit needs to be taken out of the pharmaceutical industry while we are dismantling that institution and creating instead a health care system that REALLY cares about humans and our health.

ABOLISH FUCKIN POLICE

ABOLISH the FUCKIN POLICE! I'll keep saying it until it becomes a reality.

We do NOT need men (I could end there) armed with multiple weapons, walking around amongst us.

We should entrust post-menopausal womyn to fiercely promote justice, spread love, and keep the peace amongst us.

I know, I know. We are SOOOOOOOO entwined with the way white men, especially rich white men, have set up society we can not even imagine taking their guns away let alone entrusting womyn to lead the way to peace and justice - old womyn at that - & reorganizing society entirely differently.

The fact that men walk with loaded guns amongst us should strike the deepest fear and revulsion inside ALL of us, should lead us to disarm them immediately. Instead we are trained to so greatly fear those that have so much less than our possessions that we are willing to tolerate and even perpetuate the value of those possessions over human life.

The greatest example of our obsession with valuing 'stuff' over humans is in how we define "stealing" and how glib we are at excepting police murders if someone is PERCEIVED to be "stealing" from us.

I'll quote from my book, "But What Can I Do?":

"If you are reeling from genocide and colonization, if you are Black, brown, female, poor, unable to eat or adequately feed your children, have nowhere or a rat-infested, stale, crumbling place to live, if you are attempting to provide minimally for your life, if you are ‘mentally ill’ or addicted to drugs or alcohol, and you risk taking what you need from those that are hogging much more than what they need while they are contributing to if not causing your poverty, illness, etc., that is considered stealing."

The fact that the 5 individual people who of course are white have the wealth of the poorest 30% of our nation who are predominantly Black and of color, which is almost ONE HUNDRED MILLION people and we don't call this "stealing" let alone grossly immoral?

Even those of us who profess to be christian or claim that we live in a 'christian' nation, would rather follow the structure laid down by racist, misogynist capitalist patriarchy than their own "feed me and love your enemy edicts", honor life possibilities for society.

Surely we know so deeply in our hearts, in our bodies, in our brains, in every thinking, feeling, seeing part of us that we are NOT living any kind of life that holds sacred that amazing, infinitely miraculous life.

ABOLISH the FUCKIN POLICE! To begin with...my abolishment list is long.
