Work 4 Peace,Hold All Life Sacred,Eliminate Violence! I am on my mobile version of the door-to-door, going town-to-town holding readings/gatherings/discussions of my book "But What Can I Do?" This is my often neglected blog mostly about my travels since 9/11 as I engage in dialogue and actions. It is steaming with my opinions, insights, analyses toward that end of holding all life sacred, dismantling the empire and eliminating violence while creating the society we want ALL to thrive in

Jailhouse research: from slave labor to enslaved people

The next time we are locked into our individual cells, from 10:30am to 12:30pm, I decide to do some research on the various items we've been handed to upon our incarceration.

Here are the results of my research:

1)      Orange sweatpants: Bob Barker Co, North Carolina – made in El Salvador

2)      Skim milk whitish cotton panties, 65% polyester/35% cotton: Bob Barker Co, North Carolina – made in Bangladesh

3)      Orange shorts with very off-white trim: Bob Barker Co, North Carolina – made in Mexico

4)      Tiny tube of toothpaste full of sodiums this and that sodiums: Bob Barker Co, North Carolina  – made in India

5)      3” plastic bottle of shampoo, one side covered with a long list of unpronounceable ingredients, : Bob Barker Co, North Carolina – product of Mexico

6)      1” hard plastic push-up tube of deodorant with a shorter unpronounceable list: Bob Barker Co, North Carolina – made in China

7)      Bar of soap wrapped in clear cellophane with no ingredient list: Bob Barker Co, North Carolina – made in Mexico

8)      Sheets so thin they appear to be sheer curtains: Bob Barker Co, North Carolina – made in Pakistan

9)      T-shirts 100% cotton, dark blue and the only item not making Bob Barker rich – made in Honduras

10)   Net bag to hold all your jailhouse possessions: Bob Barker Co, North Carolina – made in China

So slave labor from around the world makes items practically for free that Bob Barker sells to prisons for lots of money to immerse the naked enslaved people in this country.
